What do I do in case I receive a defective / damaged item from Real Value Shop?
If an item ordered by you on Real Value Shop is delivered to you in a damaged / defective condition, please email us at customerservice@realvalueshop.com for a refund.

How can I return a product ordered from Real Value Shop?
To provide you a worry free shopping experience on Real Value Shop, we offer you a No Questions Asked Return Policy. Within 7 days of receiving your shipment, you may return any unopened item in its original packaging, for a refund (excluding shipping costs).

Due to Import and Export regulations and restrictions, we are unable to extend our Returns Policy for any items shipped outside India.

When you return your product, just indicate the reason for your return in a short note (if you feel like it!), put the item and the note with the order number into a secure package, affix our address note (our returns address is given below) and send it through a reliable courier or mail it to us. We will refund to you the entire cost of the returned item, less shipping costs. Please note that we will provide a refund facility only for products bought from our store.

Within what time period do I have to return the product?
You need to return any product bought from our store within a period of seven days from the receipt of the shipment.

How and when will I get my refund?
Upon receipt of your package with the item in it, we will initiate the refund process. The refund will be made to the same payment option(s) originally used to pay for the order.
